Role:- HR & Admin Manager Manager
Job Description: –
- Recruitment/ Exit Formalities including maintaining updated databases, campus recruitments, interviewing, recruiting, background verification, induction, appraisals, exit interviews ie the entire cycle of an employee.
- Employee Welfare & Engagement including employee grievances, employee engagement, celebrations, awards.
- Training & Development including need assessment, identification of training resource, budget, planning and execution
- Designing and executing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs
- Design and build a high performing organisation through the development and retention of talented staff.
- Ensuring all statutory compliances including coordination with legal experts
- Complete pay roll process including leave management.
- Complete on boarding process of new joining.
- Coordinating for Tickets & logistics as per requirement.
- Preparing salary sheets for PF & ESIC filing.
- Issuing offer letters, Als & contracts, salary slips, experience letters, etc to the staff and maintain the database of the same.
- Any other task as guided by Director
Key Skills Required:
- Should have working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets & Forms, and other Tools required to generate reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of compliances i.e. PF & ESIC, etc
- People oriented & results driven.
- Can manage manpower of approx.. 400 nos.
Qualification:- Post Graduation in Human Resource Management
Experience: – 3 to 5 years of experience in core HR functions
Location:- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Remuneration:- :- INR 25,000 – INR 30,000/-PM
